Role Overview

Shared Health, under the Ministry of Health, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex technology, business, and process transformation initiatives within a healthcare environment.

The successful candidate will bring extensive senior management and project/program management experience, with a strong background in healthcare IT, Salesforce CRM implementations, IT Service Management (ITSM), RFP development and evaluation, executive-level stakeholder management, and acute care environments .

Candidates must have demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams, budgets, resources, interdependencies, governance, risk, and organizational change while working closely with executive leadership.

Mandatory Certification

- Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification – Mandatory
- Proof of current PMP certification must be provided with the submission.

Education
- Candidates must provide copies of applicable degrees and/or certifications.

- Senior Management & Multidisciplinary Leadership – 10+ Years

Candidates must demonstrate at least 10 years of experience in senior management positions with:

- Performance management accountability for direct reports
- Leadership and oversight of multidisciplinary teams
- Establishment and maintenance of governance structures
- Risk management and mitigation
- Strategic planning and execution
- Leadership within complex organizational environments

Submission Requirement: Provide at least 3 detailed examples , including the project title and project duration , collectively demonstrating at least 10 years of experience.

- At least 1 example must be within the public sector.




- Examples must clearly describe the candidate's specific responsibilities and work performed.
- Project / Program Management – 8+ Years

Candidates must demonstrate 8 years of experience in a Project Manager or Program Manager role involving:

- Budget creation and management
- Cost tracking and financial oversight
- Resource assignment and utilization
- Management of project interdependencies
- Delivery of technology initiatives
- Business transformation
- Process change and organizational transformation

Submission Requirement: Provide at least 3 detailed examples , including the project title and duration , collectively demonstrating at least 8 years of experience.

- At least 1 example must be in an acute care setting.
- Examples must include specific details of work performed.
- Salesforce CRM Implementation – 3+ Years

Candidates must have at least 3 years of hands-on project experience implementing the Salesforce CRM platform . Experience Should Demonstrate Involvement In Areas Such As

- Salesforce implementation and deployment
- Business requirements and process alignment
- Solution delivery
- Stakeholder coordination
- Integration and change management
- Implementation planning and governance

Submission Requirement: Provide at least 2 examples , including project title and duration, collectively demonstrating at least 3 years of Salesforce implementation experience.

- RFP Development & Evaluation – 1+ Year

Candidates must demonstrate at least 1 year of experience developing and evaluating Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to support the selection and implementation of a new IT solution.

- ITSM Implementation in Healthcare – 1+ Year

Candidates must have at least 1 year of project experience implementing Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) systems and practices within a healthcare environment . Experience Should Demonstrate Knowledge Of

- ITSM processes and practices
- Healthcare IT environments
- Service management implementation
- Process improvement
- Stakeholder engagement
- Technology and operational change

Submission Requirement: Provide at least 1 detailed example , including project title and duration, demonstrating at least 1 year of relevant experience.

- Executive Leadership & Stakeholder Management – 5+ Years





Candidates Must Demonstrate At Least 5 Years Of Leadership Experience Involving Ongoing Engagement With Executive Leadership Teams And Superior Capabilities In
- Communication
- Negotiation
- Presentation
- Strategic planning
- Strategic thinking and execution
- Executive stakeholder management
- Relationship management

Submission Requirement: Provide at least 2 detailed examples , with project/work duration collectively totaling at least 5 years. Examples must specifically describe the communication, negotiation, presentation, planning, and strategic approaches used with executive stakeholders.

- Altera Sunrise Implementation – 1+ Year

Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience implementing the Altera Sunrise suite of products within an acute care environment . Experience should demonstrate involvement in the planning, coordination, implementation, stakeholder management, and delivery of Altera Sunrise-related initiatives.

Submission Requirement: Provide at least 1 detailed example , including the project title and duration, demonstrating at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Mandatory Requirements – Pass / Fail

Candidates must meet all of the following requirements to be considered:

- Valid PMP Certification with proof of certification
- 10+ years of senior management experience
- 8+ years of Project Manager / Program Manager experience
- 3+ years of Salesforce CRM implementation experience
- 1+ year of RFP development and evaluation experience
- 1+ year of ITSM implementation experience in a healthcare environment
- 5+ years of executive leadership and stakeholder management experience
- 1+ year of Altera Sunrise implementation experience in an acute care environment
- Required project examples and durations must be clearly documented in the candidate response
