Role Overview

Shared Health, under the Ministry of Health, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex healthcare technology initiatives, digital transformation projects, Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online implementations, and organizational change management activities.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing IT projects within healthcare environments, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and vendors, overseeing clinical technology implementations, and ensuring safe and effective deployment of enterprise solutions.

The role requires strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, healthcare IT, digital transformation, software testing, organizational change management, and structured methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR .

Mandatory Certifications – Pass / Fail

Candidates must meet both of the following mandatory certification requirements:

- Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification – Mandatory
- Proof of certification must be provided with the response.
- Valid PROSCI (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management Certification – Mandatory
- Proof of certification must be provided with the response.

Education / Additional Certification
- Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner Certification
- Proof of certification is requested with the response.

Required Skills & Experience Skill / Experience Minimum Requirement Managing information technology projects within a healthcare environment 10 years Coordinating internal delivery staff, vendor partners, and customer stakeholders for digital business transformation projects in healthcare 7 years Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online implementation or migration in a large acute care or public sector environment 5 years Testing or coordinating testing of Microsoft 365 products and services, including Exchange Online transition from on-premises mail services 5 years Organizational Change Management using a structured methodology such as Prosci 5 years Mandatory Experience Requirements & Submission Expectations

- Healthcare IT Project Management – 10+ Years

Candidates must demonstrate at least 10 years of experience managing information technology projects within a healthcare environment .

Experience Must Include:

- Managing complex healthcare IT projects
- Reporting project progress to project steering committees
- Managing project schedules, risks, issues, resources, and deliverables
- Coordinating stakeholders across clinical and business environments
- Ensuring the safe implementation of software solutions in clinical environments
- Supporting successful technology adoption and implementation

Submission Requirement: Provide at least 3 detailed examples ,



including the project/work title and duration , collectively demonstrating at least 10 years of experience. Examples must include specific details of work performed.

- Digital Business Transformation & Stakeholder Coordination – 7+ Years

Candidates must demonstrate at least 7 years of experience coordinating :

- Internal delivery teams
- Vendor partners
- Customer stakeholders
- Business and technology resources
- Digital transformation initiatives

Experience should demonstrate the ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders and successfully deliver project outcomes supporting digital business transformation within a healthcare environment . Submission Requirement: Provide at least 3 detailed examples , including project title and duration, collectively demonstrating at least 7 years of experience.

Examples must include specific details of responsibilities and work performed.

- Microsoft 365 & Exchange Online Implementation – 5+ Years

Candidates Must Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Implementing Or Migrating Organizations To Microsoft 365 And Exchange Online Within A:

- Large acute care environment, or
- Public sector environment

Experience Must Include:

- Microsoft 365 implementation and migration
- Exchange Online implementation
- Coordination with clinical resources
- Coordination with business resources and management
- Implementation planning and execution
- User readiness and organizational preparation
- Ensuring staff are adequately prepared for the new solution
- Managing implementation impacts across the organization

Submission Requirement: Provide at least 2 detailed examples , including project title and duration, collectively demonstrating at least 5 years of experience. Examples must include specific details of work performed.

- Microsoft 365 & Exchange Online Testing – 5+ Years

Candidates Must Demonstrate At Least 5 Years Of Experience Directly Testing Or Coordinating The Testing Of Microsoft 365 Products And Services , Including:

- Microsoft 365 product and service testing
- Exchange Online testing
- Transition from on-premises mail services to Exchange Online
- Test planning and coordination
- Defect identification and resolution coordination
- User acceptance testing
- Coordination with technical, clinical, and business stakeholders

Submission Requirement: Provide at least 2 detailed examples , including project title and duration, collectively demonstrating at least 5 years of experience.

- At least 1 example must be within a healthcare setting.
- Examples must include specific details of work performed.
- Organizational Change Management – 5+ Years





Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience utilizing a structured Organizational Change Management methodology , such as Prosci , to develop and execute change management strategies and plans.

Experience Should Demonstrate:

- Organizational change management planning
- Change impact assessment
- Stakeholder engagement
- Communication and readiness planning
- Training and adoption strategies
- Change resistance management
- Implementation of structured change methodologies
- Supporting successful adoption of new technology and processes

Submission Requirement: Provide at least 2 detailed examples , including project title and duration, collectively demonstrating at least 5 years of experience. Each example must clearly identify the methodology applied , including the specific structured approach used.

Mandatory Requirements – Pass / Fail

Candidates Must Satisfy All Mandatory Requirements Below:

- Valid PMP Certification with proof
- Valid PROSCI (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management Certification with proof
- Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner Certification
- 10+ years of healthcare IT project management experience
- 7+ years coordinating internal teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders on healthcare digital transformation projects
- 5+ years implementing or migrating to Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online
- 5+ years testing or coordinating testing of Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online
- 5+ years using a structured Organizational Change Management methodology such as Prosci
- Required project examples and durations must be clearly documented in the candidate response
