As a Propane Parts & Yard Attendant you will assist our customers with their propane part requirements and ensure safe cylinder refilling. Additional training will be provided if necessary to ensure success in this role.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Assist customers by inspecting their propane cylinders and safely refilling them according to TSSA regulations

- Load and unload cylinders, parts, appliances

- Efficiently pick up and deliver parts, fittings, or equipment if needed

- Maintain the yard by ensuring equipment and debris are properly cleared and organized

Work and Experience Requirements:

- High school education or higher

- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in a fast-paced work environment

- Proficient in handling heavy equipment and materials

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Previous experience in the propane industry will be considered an asset

- Knowledge of TSSA Regulations, DZ License, and G1 Gas Fitter License an asset

- Training will be provided to ensure proficiency in the role

Propane Training Institute licenses considered an asset or to be obtained upon hire:

- Propane Pump Attendant – 100-01

- Transportation of Dangerous Goods – Propane/LPG Specific – 100-03

- Cylinder Inspection and Requalification – 100-04

- Visual Inspection of Propane Tanks and Pressure Relief Valves – 100-09
