What You'll Do

Manage the daily operations for your assigned residential portfolio

Build strong relationships with tenants by providing prompt, professional, and solution-focused service

Oversee leasing processes including new leases, renewals, and move-outs

Ensure timely rent collection and address delinquencies proactively

Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance with contractors and internal teams

Monitor budgets, track expenses, and contribute to financial reporting and performance

Maintain property compliance with local laws, company policies, and safety standards

Lead community engagement efforts and represent Zen at resident events

Manage vendor relationships to ensure high-quality services are delivered on time

Respond to after-hours emergencies as required

Maintain regular reporting on property performance, maintenance needs, and occupancy

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

2–5+ years of property management experience in residential housing (multi-family preferred)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Solid understanding of lease agreements, rent collections, and property compliance

Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi) and Microsoft Office

A cooperative approach with the ability to lead on-site teams and work cross-functionally

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
