- Oversee daily motel operations on the property (housekeeping, and maintenance.).

- Hire, train, schedule and supervise maintenance employees.

- Ensure compliance with Health, safety and company policies.

- Coordinate maintenance and upkeep of the property and associated vehicles.

- Coordinate with support services/trades.

- Resolve issues promptly on the property.

- Maintain inventory ( vehicles, tools and supplies) and order supplies as needed.

- Supervise rooms maintenance daily.

- Coordinate support of on site electronic equipment.

- Coordinate snow removal operation.

- Must be able to coordinate maintenance and operate all equipment ( tractors, trucks, loaders).

- Assist other departments as needed.

- Qualification:

- Previous experience in hotel, motel, hospitality, or property management is an asset.

- Strong leadership and organizational skills.





- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

- Experience managing expenses and staff.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.

- Proficiency with video and computer systems

- Post-secondary education in hospitality, business, or a related field is an asset.
