Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable Part-Time Property / Facilities Manager to support the day-to-day management and maintenance of commercial and residential properties in St. Thomas, Ontario.

Responsibilities include

- Coordinate basic property maintenance and repairs
- Communicate with tenants, contractors, and vendors
- Perform minor hands-on maintenance using basic tools/power tools
- Maintain property records using Google Workspace (Gmail, docs, sheets, etc)
- Assist with general facilities and property management tasks
- Operate a truck/trailer when required

Requirements:
- Full G driver’s licence
- Comfortable with basic tools and minor repairs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of residential and commercial tenancies
- Preference given to candidates based in St. Thomas
