Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality residential and/or commercial cleaning using eco-friendly products and mindful practices
- Follow established company standards while upholding strict safety and sustainability guidelines
- Work with professionalism and discretion in private, client-centered environments
- Communicate clearly and confidently with both clients and team members
- Stay detail-focused, organized,



and efficient—managing time without sacrificing quality

⸻ Day to day tasks (breif)
- Perform routine and deep residential cleaning services according to company standards.
- Dust, wipe, and sanitize surfaces throughout the home.
- Clean and disinfect kitchens, including countertops, sinks, appliance exteriors, and cabinet fronts.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, mirrors, and fixtures.
- Vacuum carpets, rugs, furniture, stairs, and upholstery as required.
- Sweep, mop, and maintain all hard surface floors.

Requirements

- Valid police security clearance (required upon hiring)
- Reliable transportation and insurance (required)
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Cleaning experience is an asset, but not required (paid training provided)
