We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to lead and manage daily operations within our retail environment. Duties

- Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.

- Manage and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and performance evaluations.

- Oversee merchandising and inventory management to optimize sales.

- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

- Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, returns, and inventory updates.

- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and implement strategies for sales growth.

- Oversee budgeting activities and ensure operational costs are maintained within set parameters.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at all times in the cannabis industry.

Qualifications





- Proven supervising or retail management experience with a strong background in team management and customer service.

- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.

- Proficiency in POS systems, merchandising, pricing strategies, and cash handling procedures.

- Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple responsibilities.

- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the capacity to handle customer concerns professionally.

- Must have a strong understanding and ability to use Microsoft suite such as excel and word.
