Job Summary

Duties
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and account balances regularly to maintain accurate financial records.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft, and other platforms to record transactions and generate reports.
- Conduct detailed account analysis and account reconciliation to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist with budgeting activities by preparing forecasts, tracking expenses, and monitoring variances.
- Support auditing procedures by providing necessary documentation and collaborating with auditors during financial reviews.
- Perform payroll processing tasks using relevant payroll systems to ensure timely salary disbursements.
- Maintain meticulous bookkeeping records, ensuring data integrity across all financial systems.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to improve financial processes and implement best practices in corporate finance.
Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation procedures.
- Experience with account analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Familiarity with auditing processes and compliance standards within financial services.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to perform precise account reconciliation tasks.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients and team members.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new accounting technologies and software updates.
- Knowledge of payroll systems and procedures for accurate employee compensation management.
