At Janicki Industries, we turn complex ideas into real-world solutions through advanced engineering and manufacturing. Our teams design and build innovative structures, tooling, and systems that support industries including aerospace, space, defense, marine, and architecture.
Across every role, from engineers and technicians to operations and support teams, our people help solve challenging problems, push the limits of design and manufacturing, and create solutions that make a lasting impact.
Department Summary BIS team bridges engineering, design, manufacturing, and IT — translating business requirements into technical solutions, building dashboards and queries that drive program decision‑making, and supporting every phase of system implementations from requirements gathering through go‑live and stabilization.
Roles And Responsibilities The Engineering Systems Analyst (ESA) solves engineering and product lifecycle information problems by analyzing requirements, configuring and optimizing CAD and PLM platforms, and recommending system controls and workflows that support design, manufacturing, and engineering operations. The ESA serves as the critical liaison between engineering, manufacturing, IT, and program management — translating design and production needs into actionable system requirements and driving continuous improvement across CAD, PLM, and design software environments.
The following essential job functions are performed as an Engineering Systems Analyst I:
Gathers requirements through interviews, document analysis, surveys, and basic use case development under supervision
