What You’ll Bring

- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of industry experience testing software applications, including websites
- Strong familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and Java
- Hands-on experience with Selenium testing tools highly desired
- Proficiency working in Linux/Unix environments
- Knowledge of QA processes and the Software Development Life Cycle
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead quality planning, define testing strategies, and execute both manual and automated tests

Nice To Have

- Experience with AI technologies
- Leadership experience in QA initiatives
- Background in automation frameworks and scripting

Preferred Education & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of four years in software testing, with demonstrable skills in website QA

Additional Requirements

- Ability to work remotely with potential onsite presence

- Ability to lead end-to-end testing efforts, including test case creation, execution, and reporting
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and proactive communication

Primary Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, and Quality Engineers to ensure the proper operation of the production environment
- During the development cycle, identify use cases, create detailed test cases, and execute tests across various platforms
- Lead quality planning efforts, determining when automation versus manual testing is appropriate
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans that align with project requirements and deadlines
- Utilize automation tools such as Selenium to execute regression and functional tests efficiently
- Report test results, document defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues
- Participate in requirement reviews and contribute to enhancing quality best practices
- Left-shift quality practices to proactively catch issues early in the development process
- Ensure thorough testing coverage for website applications and other deliverables
