Requirements

- Minimum 2 years experience in a fine dining establishment
- Management/Supervisory experience an asset
- Enjoys working within a team to achieve great results
- Must be a prominent presence on the floor in Bacchus
- Ability to supervise restaurant ambiance, music, lighting, settings, style and overall presentation




- Maintain the highest level of service standards
- Work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage, ensuring all inventory is maintained and documented accurately
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness, maintenance and presentation plus safety of the restaurant through inspections and ensures areas of deficiency are resolved to achieve service expectations
- Ensure the overall smooth operation of the outlet, managing labor effectively, working on cost saving techniques, opening and closing responsibilities
- Excellent Food & Beverage knowledge
- Wine Training (ISG or WSET) or experience an asset
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience on Squirrel or Micros and Tock an asset
- Must be legal to work in Canada without restrictions or sponsorship
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule
