THE ROLE

Exchanger Industries Limited is Canada’s leading provider of custom heat transfer solutions. From our Calgary facility, we design and build shell-and-tube exchangers, air coolers, and ASME pressure vessels for customers across Western Canada and around the world.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Quality, the QC Team Lead is accountable for the QC and Quality Assurance functions, the technical standard of QC inspections, and the compliance of our products with customer requirements, codes and standards. ▸ A two-year engineering technology diploma, a journeyperson certificate in welding or a related metal trade, or an equivalent combination of formal training and code-shop experience. Current certification (CWB, CGSB/SNT, AMPP) is the operative credential for this position

▸ Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel locally, nationally and internationally as required

Assets

▸ Welding Examiner certification strongly preferred; CGSB and/or SNT Level I to III certification in RT, UT, MT and PT preferred
