We are seeking a dedicated, collaborative Registered Behavior Analyst (RBA / BCBA) to join our clinical team as an Independent Contractor. In this role, you will design and oversee individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and provide clinical supervision to Instructor Therapists. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or other standardized assessments.
- Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior analytic treatment plans and skill acquisition programs.
- Provide ongoing clinical supervision, coaching, and direction to Instructor Therapists/RBTs.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) certification in positive standing.
- Active registration as a Registered Behavior Analyst (RBA) with the relevant provincial regulatory body (e.g., College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario).
- Valid Professional Liability Insurance (minimum $2M coverage).
- Proven experience in program design, parent training, and team supervision.
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification and recent Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC).
Pay: $80.00-$130.00 per hour
