Must Haves:
- 5-10 years experience with extensive knowledge and understanding of digital health standards including but not limited to HL7 FHIR, clinical terminologies (e.g., SNOMED-CT, LOINC) and their application.
- 5-10 years experience with extensive knowledge and understanding of pan-Canadian digital health standards and tooling.
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience with HL7 FHIR tooling including but not limited to Simplifier, HL7 Validator, and Forge or FHIR Shorthand.
- 5-10 years of hands-on experience with interoperability standards gap analysis,
environmental scan and developing HL7 FHIR implementation guides. - Public Sector Experience: Preferred
- Healthcare experience within Canada in acute care, primary care and/or community care settings.
- Hands-on experience with JSON and XML.
- Hands-on experience implementing HL7 FHIR standards and solutions.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and strong partner engagement skills.
- Time management skills, with the ability to manage tight deadlines and prioritize multiple projects.
