Role Description This is a full time Real Estate Agent role based in Vaughan, ON, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows for some work from home.

The Real Estate

Agent will engage with buyers and sellers, conduct property showings, host open houses, and provide guidance throughout the purchase or sale process. Daily activities include prospecting new clients, following up on leads generated through the company’s platforms, preparing and presenting offers, and negotiating terms to support successful transactions. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends,



educating clients on real estate processes, and coordinating with lenders, lawyers, and other professionals. The agent will also document client interactions, manage listings, and use digital tools and CRM systems to support efficient, compliant, and high-quality service.

Qualifications

- Valid Real Estate License in Ontario and a strong foundation in Real Estate and Real Property concepts.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills with a commitment to responsive, client-focused support.
- Proven Sales abilities, including lead conversion, negotiation, and closing transactions.
- Comfort working with online listing platforms, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and listings.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by client needs.
- Previous experience in residential real estate or a related field is an asset.
