Overview

We are seeking both candidate appraisers and fully qualified appraisers.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate a commitment to career development in the field of real estate appraisal through their pursuit of relevant certifications and active engagement with industry organizations. Robust applicants will have completed or be in the process of completing the necessary educational requirements for AIC membership. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for real estate valuation.

Responsibilities

- Conduct property inspections to assess value and condition




- Collect and analyze data on properties to determine their worth
- Prepare written reports on appraisal findings
- Stay informed about real estate market trends and regulations
- Utilize mathematical skills to calculate property values accurately

This position offers a flexible hybrid work model. You will have the opportunity to work from our office, remotely from home, and conduct site inspections as required. This flexibility allows you to manage your time effectively while ensuring thorough evaluations and high-quality appraisals.
