The 460 Group is an integrated group of companies on Vancouver Island that specialize in commercial and residential real estate and property management, mortgage investment and finance, and communications. We are looking for an organized, competent, self-motivated Conveyancer to help with the daily operations of 460 Realty.

Job Duties will include

- Answer all conveyance related incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries
- Enter and process all transaction (deal) files
- Review all documents submitted by Realtors® and verify file as complete
- Escalate any concerns or issues to the Managing Broker
- Calculate to verify Realtors® commission figures and details
- Record and verify as correct all trust account activity related to deposits
- Send documentation and instructions to notaries/lawyers/other brokerages
- Perform payouts of commissions and excess deposit cheques/EFTs
- Ensure that all files are properly and securely stored for easy retrieval
- Preserve confidentiality of all client information in accordance with PIPEDA and FINTRAC
- LTSA.ca and BC Online - ie.



Title Searches, Covenants, and Company inquiries
- Perform other related office duties as required

Job Requirements will include:
- Real Estate Conveyancing (1 yr min. Experience)
- Experience with Lone Wolf/Broker Wolf software
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Detailed and Analytical
- Excellent communication skills
- Located in the Mid-Island area
