We’re Hiring: Recall Receptionist

Our dental clinic is looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Recall Receptionist to join our team.

As a Recall Receptionist, you’ll play an important role in keeping our patients on track with their dental care and helping our schedule run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

- Contacting patients to schedule and confirm recall appointments
- Managing and filling the hygiene and treatment schedule
- Following up with patients due for exams, hygiene appointments, and other dental care
- Updating patient records and maintaining accurate appointment information
- Providing a warm and qualified experience for every patient
- Working closely with the dental team to keep the schedule productive and organized
- Answering phone calls and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed

What we’re looking for:

- Previous dental reception or dental administrative experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills




- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with patients
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a busy dental environment
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Experience with dental software is an asset

Schedule Requirements:

- 5 days per week
- Every other weekend is required
- Flexibility with weekday hours is expected

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
