Temporary Receptionist needed from September to October!

Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Receptionist in the office sector in Calgary, Alberta. Our client in the SW is needing some temporary Receptionist coverage for September and October. This person will be working in a church office, providing administrative support.

What's In It For You

- $20.00 - $22.00 hourly
- Contract duration: September 9th to October 14th
- Location: SW Calgary
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9am to 4pm, Friday is 9am to 2pm
- Contract duration: September 9th to October 14th

Responsibilities

- Answering phones and transferring calls
- Answering questions from parishioners
- Photocopying fliers, booklets, and readers
- Managing the inbox
- Coordinating church rental requests
- Handling incoming mail
- Greeting incoming parishioners for bible studies and weekday services and preparing coffee/tea/snacks




- Assisting the Rector or Assistant Priest with any small admin tasks needed

Requirements

- 1+ year of Reception experience
- Fluency with MS Office
- Available for the full duration of the contract
