Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients with a warm and professional attitude
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records
- Perform basic administrative and office duties
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Support daily spa operations and work collaboratively with the team
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
- Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, with conversational English
- Able to read, write,
and type in Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer applications
- Friendly, responsible, organized, and able to multitask independently
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Legally eligible to work in Canada (valid work permit or Permanent Resident)
Working Hours
- 24-30 hours per week
- Available to work weekdays 12:30-9:00pm or/and weekends 9:45am-7:00pm
- Schedule may vary based on business needs
