We're growing and bringing our established powersports dealership experience to Guelph!

Backed by our award-winning dealership in Courtland, Ontario, we are proud to be a BRP Platinum Certified dealership and the #1 BRP Off-Road Dealer in Canada. As we build our team in Guelph, we're looking for a warm, friendly, and outgoing person to join us at reception and help create an amazing experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

Previous hospitality experience would be a great asset. If you've worked in a hotel,



restaurant, front desk, customer service, or another hospitality-focused environment, many of those skills transfer perfectly into this position.

What You'll Be Doing

As one of the first points of contact for our customers, you'll play an important role in the overall dealership experience. Responsibilities may include:

- Warmly greeting customers as they enter the dealership
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Helping customers connect with the appropriate department or team member
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Assisting with general administrative and reception duties
- Keeping the reception and customer areas welcoming and organized
- Supporting our sales, service, and dealership teams as needed
- Helping create the friendly, upbeat environment we want our Guelph location to be known for
