We’re looking for a friendly, organized Receptionist / Customer Service Associate to be the welcoming first point of contact at our Clarington location. This role supports customers with parts and service needs, completes bike service intakes, coordinates with mechanics, prepares quotes, and helps arrange deliveries and daily operations.

Responsibilities

- Welcome walk-in customers, visitors, and prospective clients in a skilled and helpful manner.

- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries about parts, service, pricing, availability, and timelines.

- Complete bike service intakes; document customer information, concerns, and requested work.

- Communicate with mechanics to relay customer concerns, confirm needed work, parts, and estimated timelines.

- Prepare service quotes, explain recommended work, obtain approvals, and follow up with customers as needed.

- Keep clients updated throughout the service process and notify them when work is complete.

- Assist customers with parts inquiries, orders, pickups, availability, and special-order requests.

- Process customer orders and payments; support Shopify orders, shipping labels, and courier coordination when required.

- Arrange delivery and pickup schedules for customer orders, parts, and service-related items; communicate details with customers,



drivers, couriers, and the team.

- Maintain accurate customer, service, inventory, and order records.

- Help receive, label, organize, and restock parts as needed.

- Keep the reception area, front counter, and customer-facing spaces clean, organized, and welcoming.

- Support smooth daily operations across customer service, service intake, and parts fulfillment.

Qualifications

- Experience in reception, customer service, retail, service advising, parts, or administrative support.

- Friendly, professional communication skills in person, by phone, and by email.

- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple customer requests.

- Comfortable with computers, email, data entry, POS systems, Shopify, or similar software.

- Experience with bikes, repair shops, automotive service, EVs, or parts is an asset.

- Able to assist with light parts handling and remain active during the day.

- Valid driver’s licence is an asset.
