Join Our Team at The Spa at Glenerin Inn! We're seeking a skilled Receptionist & Estheticians, to join our exceptional team at our well-established boutique Day Spa in Mississauga, Ontario. As a key member of our team, you'll deliver outstanding spa experiences to our guests, providing a range of treatments including:

Spa Esthetician & Spa Therapist:

- Massages (deep tissue, relaxation, and full-body)
- Customized facials
- Rejuvenating body treatments
- Waxing and other spa services

Receptionist/ Spa Concierge Team:
- Greet clients upon arrival to spa
- Answer Phones/ Emails
- Book appointments
- Take payments
- Manage Inventory
- Assist with set up of service spaces

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Spa Therapist:

- Perform a variety of spa treatments, including but not limited to:
- Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, hot stone massages
- Foot massage
- Head massage
- Manicure & Pedicure
- Waxing
- Facials (including cleansing, exfoliation, masks, and moisturization)
- Body wraps, scrubs, and treatments
- Other specialized treatments as required
- Consult with guests to understand their needs and preferences and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are clean, sanitized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of guest treatments and inventory.
- Adhere to all spa policies and procedures, including safety and hygiene standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, including greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Promote and sell spa products and services.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.




- Participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities.
- Assist with other spa duties as needed, such as reception, laundry, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Receptionist:

- Availability at least on Fridays and Saturdays
- Answering Phone Calls and Booking appointments
- Setting up lounge and service rooms for bookings
- Checking in on clients after their service
- Processing bills, gift cards
- Closing up Spa once services are completed for the evening

Qualifications (Spa Therapist):

- Previous experience as a spa therapist preferred
- Relevant spa therapy certifications
- Graduates of esthetic institutions with Ontario Beauty & esthetician association and/or Canadian & Esthetic & Spa Association
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences
- Knowledge of spa products and services
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Local candidates only with own ride to commute with short notice.

Qualifications (Receptionist):

- Available on Fridays and Saturdays at the very least
- Interest in Spa and Wellness therapies
- Customer Service and Rapport building skills
- Ability to work with computers and MindBody software
- Team Player
- Comfortable and inviting

Physical Demands (Spa Therapist):

- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Repetitive motions (e.g., massaging, applying products)
