Speer Opticians is located in St. Catharines for over 45 years.

We offer the leading European and Japanese lines to the Canadian market ahead of the curve.

We are looking for a receptionist, with a background in the Optical / Eyecare Industry, for the following duties:

- Schedule appointments for our busy office for the Opticians.
- Be presentable, as you will be the face of Speer Opticians when greeting our Guests.
- Comfortable with helping people.
- Be a rapid learner, or already know, of basic optical terminology.
- Answering the phone and deal with issues accordingly.
- Have the ability to clean and maintain the showroom as needed.
- Good organizational and computer skills, previous skills with IFILE an asset.
- Check and organize emails and address accordingly.
- Processing payments and putting through insurance claims and receive payments.

The hours are Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm. Minimum 2+ years of retail sales experience.
