This is a 100% remote, 100% commission-based opportunity with no base salary, designed for individuals who are motivated to build a career in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, and business development.

We welcome both experienced professionals and individuals who are looking to gain their first hands-on experience in the recruitment industry.

About the Opportunity

As a Recruitment Consultant at Talent Renew Inc., you will be responsible for identifying qualified candidates, developing candidate relationships, supporting client hiring needs, and contributing to business development.

This position is open to entry-level candidates. Previous recruitment, sales, business development, HR, or customer-facing experience will be considered an asset but is not required.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, comfortable working independently, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Source and identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and other channels.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and preliminary interviews.

Develop and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.

Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads.

Understand client hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates.

Present qualified candidates to clients.

Coordinate interviews and maintain communication throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain accurate candidate and client records.

Collaborate with the Talent Renew team.





Stay informed about recruitment trends, industries, and the Canadian employment market.

Qualifications

Required

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Robust verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Comfortable with networking, outreach, and professional communication.

Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.

Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Considered an Asset

Recruitment or talent acquisition experience.

Sales or business development experience.

Human resources experience.

Customer service or other client-facing experience.

Experience using LinkedIn or other professional networking platforms.
