Achev seeks a proactive Employer Liaison for the Workforce Pathways for Women in Seniors Healthcare project. You will identify job opportunities, build relationships with employers, and promote our services. Your role will also involve supporting participants through the job placement process and coaching to enhance their job search skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a robust pipeline through employer outreach
• Promote program advantages to businesses
• Build strong employment relationships with stakeholders
• Coordinate job fairs and networking sessions
• Assist facilitators as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in Job Development or Sales
• Experience in facilitating job search sessions
• University degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of the Ontario Labour Market
