Looking for a Tech apprentice in Terrace or Kitimat BC to work a long-term contract.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine operating and maintenance duties at TransCanada's facilities
- Assist other technicians, as required
- Required to be included in an on-call rotation
- Respond to emergency situations; With minimal direction, utilize and maintain prints
- Operate and maintain test equipment




- Perform routine pipeline maintenance
- Respond to One-Call tickets, locate and mark pipeline and pipeline ROW
- Ensure work tasks and duties comply with HS&E; policies, procedures and applicable legislation

Requirements:

- Inst Tech, Electrical Tch or Mech tech; trade /maintenance background
- Some experience in Forestry, or Aluminium, or Oil & Gas
- Must have a growth mindset -junior entry level role - can grown into a Measurement tech role or Pipeline role
- Must have a clean driving license
