The CCO will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive compliance program to ensure that the company's clearing and depository services operate within the legal and regulatory frameworks. This includes a full end-to-end compliance framework for the entities involved. The successful candidate will be a key figure in the organization, ensuring a strong culture of compliance, and will be expected to have a minimum of 10 years' compliance experience, with at least 3 years in a primary compliance leadership role.



The role involves close coordination with various internal functions and direct engagement with key regulators.Key responsibilities for the CCO include developing and overseeing compliance policies and procedures, serving as a strategic advisor on compliance matters, and leading the management of annual disclosures against international standards. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of compliance requirements for regulated entities, particularly in the financial sector, and a proven track record of effective collaboration across different functions. The CCO will also be involved in incident and crisis management, and must be prepared to respond promptly to any breaches of regulatory requirements.
