Power Physiotherapy & Massage is looking for a Registered Massage Therapist to join our multidisciplinary clinic in Calgary.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys massage therapy and takes pride in helping people feel better. This is not about simply taking bookings. We want an RMT who cares about the treatment, the room, the patient experience, and the results.

Our patients often come to us with pain, stress, muscle tightness, injuries, long work hours, posture issues, sports-related concerns, or motor vehicle accident discomfort. They are looking for relief, comfort, and someone who listens properly before starting treatment.

We can provide clinic support and help with bookings, but we are looking for someone who brings patience, care, consistency, and pride in their work.

Main responsibilities
- Provide professional massage therapy treatments based on patient needs
- Review patient concerns before treatment
- Adjust pressure and technique based on comfort, condition, and treatment goals
- Maintain proper treatment notes and documentation
- Keep the treatment room clean, hygienic, and ready for every patient
- Maintain proper handling of linens, oils, tables, equipment, and shared spaces
- Communicate clearly with patients about treatment, comfort, and after-care
- Work respectfully with physiotherapists, chiropractors, front desk staff, and other clinic providers
- Support a positive clinic experience where patients feel welcomed and cared for

Requirements
- Registered Massage Therapist
- Minimum 2,200-hour massage therapy diploma preferred
- Active membership with a recognized massage therapy association
- Active professional liability insurance
- Good standing with your association
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Strong communication skills
- Clean and professional work habits
- Reliable, patient-focused attitude
- Experience with therapeutic massage, deep tissue, relaxation, prenatal, sports massage, MVA-related concerns, or injury recovery is an asset

Compensation Massage therapy compensation will be based on bookings and the agreed structure. Details can be discussed based on experience, availability, and fit.

Schedule: Flexible, based on patient demand and therapist availability

Compensation: Booking-based / commission-based structure to be discussed

Pay: $45.00-$60.00 per hour
