We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who shares our passion for exceptional patient care, beautiful surroundings and a refined, hospitality-driven experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Dentique and play a meaningful role in shaping our culture, patient experience, and clinical standards. The position will initially be Thursdays and Saturdays, with the chance to grow into a full-time role as the clinic expands.

About the Role

As a Registered Dental Hygienist at Dentique, you’ll provide exceptional clinical care while ensuring every patient feels comfortable, cared for and genuinely valued.

You will

- Deliver comprehensive dental hygiene services, including scaling, root planing, polishing, fluoride and preventive treatments
- Build genuine relationships with patients and create a warm, personalized experience from start to finish
- Educate patients about their oral health and provide thoughtful, individualized recommendations
- Take radiographs, intraoral photographs, digital records and iTero scans as required
- Work closely with the dentist and clinical team to support comprehensive treatment planning
- Maintain impeccable standards of infection prevention, sterilization and operatory presentation
- Contribute to a calm, polished and welcoming clinical environment
- Help establish the high level of service and care that will define the Dentique experience
- Participate in the growth and development of an elevated dental practice

The ideal candidate

- Holds a valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license with the College of Dental Hygienists of BC
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Tracker software is an asset
- Takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care
- Is professional, personable and naturally attentive to detail
- Has a positive, can-do attitude and takes initiative
- Enjoys working in a collaborative, high-performing team
