- Assist in diagnosing oral health issues by documenting findings and communicating treatment needs to the dentist.




- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient questions, scheduling follow-up appointments, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Skills

- Solid understanding of medical terminology relevant to dentistry for accurate documentation and communication.
- Previous dental office experience demonstrating excellent customer service skills and professionalism.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and patient comfort.
