Role Overview
We're looking for a Registered Dietitian with experience working with children and/or alongside pediatricians to join our in-person team. You'll work closely with pediatric clients and their families to assess nutritional needs, build practical and age-appropriate meal plans, and guide them toward healthy growth and development—whether it's managing picky eating, food allergies, weight concerns, or a diagnosed condition referred by a pediatrician.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough pediatric nutrition assessments, including growth and feeding history, in collaboration with parents/caregivers and referring physicians
- Develop customized, age-appropriate nutrition care plans for a wide range of pediatric goals and health concerns (e.g., picky eating, food allergies/intolerances, weight management, growth concerns)
- Support children and families with chronic disease management (e.g., pediatric diabetes, high cholesterol)
as guided by physician referrals
- Monitor progress and adapt plans accordingly, tracking growth and developmental milestones
- Educate and coach parents/caregivers on practical strategies for feeding, meal preparation, and building healthy habits at home
- Collaborate closely with pediatricians and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic, coordinated care
Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credential required
- Prior experience working with pediatric clients and/or in collaboration with pediatricians is an assest
- Skills in nutritional counseling and nutrition education, with the ability to communicate effectively with both children and parents/caregivers
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills
- Bilingual Preferred - Hindi or Punjabi
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and individually as well
- Experience in private nutrition counseling settings is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour
