About the Position

Growing Together Family Resource Centre is expanding our team and seeking enthusiastic, dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educators (RECEs) to join our Blenheim locations.

We are committed to creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment where educators can provide high-quality programming and meaningful learning experiences for children from 3 months to 12 years of age.

Qualifications The successful candidate will have:

- An Early Childhood Education Diploma




- Current registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE)
- Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification, or the ability to obtain it within three months of employment
- An acceptable Vulnerable Sector Police Check
- The ability to establish positive and respectful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and community partners
- Knowledge of the Child Care and Early Years Act (CCEYA) and How Does Learning Happen? Ontario’s Pedagogy for the Early Years
- A current immunization record and TB skin test
