- Maintain clear and detailed documentation of client treatments and progress notes
- Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations for optimal results
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, address concerns, and build trust

Experience





- Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing or regulatory body in your region
- Proven experience delivering professional massage therapy services in a clinical or spa setting
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and wellness
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
- Exceptional communication skills to clearly explain treatment plans and address client questions
