The Opportunity
We are seeking a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who is passionate about patient care, motivated, and excited to join a growing clinic. This role is ideal for someone who values collaboration, autonomy, and long-term professional development.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered massage therapy treatments
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with chiropractors and other healthcare practitioners
- Educate patients on recovery, movement, and self-care strategies
- Uphold professional, ethical, and regulatory standards at all times
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the CMTO
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, reliable, and team-oriented
- Interest in working within a collaborative, rehab-focused environment
