- Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to enhance results
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and equipment in accordance with health regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, address questions, and provide exceptional customer service
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education opportunities to enhance skills

Requirements

- Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing body in your region
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and wellness
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatments and build rapport with clients
- Proven customer service experience with the ability to create a welcoming environment for diverse populations
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Flexibility to accommodate varying client schedules, including evenings or weekends if needed
- Nice-to-have skills include familiarity with current massage therapy techniques, additional certifications in related therapies, or experience working in a multidisciplinary health setting
