About the Role

EternaCare Physiotherapy is seeking a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing team as a part-time independent contractor, approximately one day per week.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated RMT who values flexibility, personalized client care, and working as part of a collaborative rehabilitation team. The role will involve providing services across different EternaCare locations within the Greater Toronto Area, with potential to grow your caseload and hours.

Responsibilities

- Provide professional massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and treatment notes.
- Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and appropriate home-care strategies.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, professionalism, and client care.
- Provide an exceptional client experience that encourages ongoing engagement and continuity of care.
- Collaborate with physiotherapists and other rehabilitation professionals as appropriate.
- Travel between EternaCare locations as required.

Qualifications





- Registered and in good standing as an RMT with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Current professional liability insurance.
- Strong clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, energetic, and client-centred approach.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Ability and willingness to travel between different EternaCare locations.
