COMPASS integrates provides assessment and treatment for individuals using substances with concurrent mental health concerns. This includes the provision of medical and non-medical interventions within our Rapid Access Addiction Medicine Clinic (RAAM), Fit-In Clinic, outpatient withdrawal management (day detox) and larger COMPASS programs.

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting assessments and contributing to multi-disciplinary treatment plans that will involve liaising with other services, community agencies, and practitioners to coordinate and deliver care for clients in an productive and safe manner.
