This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to take on a leadership role, delivering technically challenging projects while mentoring the next generation of engineers.As aSenior Bridge Engineer, you will lead the technical and commercial delivery of bridge and civil structure projects across Ontario. You will be responsible for guiding project teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving project success from concept through to construction. This role is ideal for a senior professional with deep technical expertise, proven leadership skills, and experience on Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO) projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and delivery of complex bridge and civil structure projects, including new construction, rehabilitation, and retrofit works.Provide technical oversight and mentorship to intermediate and junior engineers, ensuring high-quality outputs and professional growth.Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring successful completion within scope and client expectations.Oversee the preparation and review of engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, cost estimates, tender packages, and technical reports.Conduct and manage OSIM inspections and assessments for MTO and municipal bridge structures.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural solutions into larger civil infrastructure projects.Provide technical support during construction, including reviewing shop drawings, RFIs,
