Yonge & St. Clair Our client, a Perio office is seeking an

experienced

Treatment Coordinator 3 days a week. POSITION/REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a minimum of 2+ years of experience Must have some Treatment coordinating experience Assisting background helpful SOFTWARE:

Experience with Dentalware dental software an asset LOCATION:

Yonge & St. Clair HOURS:

Tues, Weds, Thurs 9-5 COMPENSATION:

$30-$32.00 depending on experience OB OVERVIEW:

Greet patients in a warm and welcoming manner Schedule/confirm patient appointments by telephone and in person Presentfees,giveestimates fortreatment for a Perio office, and make financial arrangements with the patient Prepare and submit all pre-determinations from treatment plans Maintain treatment plans and follow up (communicate treatments, fees, insurance inquires/estimates, financial arrangements)



Manage lab cases Maintain accurate computer data pertaining to treatment and patient compliance Verify procedures completed, collect payments, and submit insurance claims electronically Receive and distribute mail, enter and scan payments and referral documents OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Energetic, energetic, and professional personality is key Highly organized quick learner with analytical thinking that allows for effective team work Must have excellent command of the English language (both oral and written) Must be able to multi-task, be self-motivated, committed and punctual Must be ablewilling to work hard and take responsibility
