Responsibilities include assessing client needs, creating care plans, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. Your leadership will guide both regulated and non-regulated staff while fostering a supportive environment for clients and families. Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate client needs and develop comprehensive care plans
- Implement and document nursing strategies effectively
- Lead the team in absence of Hospice Manager
- Monitor client progress and revise plans accordingly
- Deliver health education and resources to clients Requirements:
- Ontario Registered Nurse Certification required
- Experience in Palliative Care is mandatory
- Clinical practice experience necessary
- Solid interpersonal and leadership skills
