You will provide client-centered nursing care, assessment, and guidance, collaborating with healthcare professionals. This role also includes case management responsibilities to ensure comprehensive support for clients experiencing life-limiting illnesses. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough client assessments and evaluations
- Deliver therapeutic nursing services in home environments
- Coordinate care plans with the multidisciplinary team




- Provide direct client care based on clinical standards
- Mentor student nurses and participate in staff development Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited nursing program
- Active registration or eligibility with CRNA
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
