Key Responsibilities:



• Provide nursing care using evidence-based practices • Delegate care activities to other staff members • Ensure professional accountability in nursing duties • Assume preceptor and charge nurse responsibilities when applicable • Collaborate within a healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements: • At least 2 years RN experience is essential • 1 year of Operating Room expertise preferred • BLS and RN certifications required • ACLS certification may be required based on role • Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent is necessary
