Dorval Medical Family Health Team is looking for a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse to join our nursing team. Working across our partner clinics in Oakville, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred primary care – from vaccinations and nursing procedures to triage and patient assessment.

Position Overview

- Full-time, primarily days, with some evenings and weekends as required
- Multi-site role supporting partner clinics across Oakville – travel between clinic locations is required
- Reports to the clinical/nursing leadership team at Dorval Medical Family Health Team

What You'll Do

- Perform nursing-related procedures and administer vaccinations
- Triage patients and determine priority of care
- Collect and record vital signs, including height, weight, and blood pressure
- Document patients' chief complaints and relevant clinical history
- Support physicians and clinic staff across multiple Oakville locations to ensure seamless patient care

What We're Looking For

- Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
- Experience in primary care, family practice, or a similar clinical setting is an asset




- Comfortable working independently across multiple clinic sites
- Solid triage, assessment, and communication skills
- Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends as required
- Reliable transportation to travel between Oakville clinic locations

Compensation & Benefits $76,000 - $78,000 per year
