Salary Range: Base + Bonus - OTE $100,000– 150,000/yearly

About theRole

Are you ahigh-energy automotive professional with a track record of driving results andbuilding elite sales teams? Roy Foss is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager tojoin our leadership team.

At Roy Foss,we don’t just sell cars; we build relationships. As a Sales Manager, you willbe the heartbeat of our showroom, responsible for mentoring our salesconsultants, optimizing inventory turnover, and ensuring every customer whowalks through our doors receives a world-class experience.

WhatWere Looking For

Leadership

• Partner with the GM and HR on hiring,training, and staffing needs.


• Foster a positive,
  
  
  
  accountable teamculture with strong morale.


• Coach and motivate Sales Consultants through regular one-on-ones.


• Lead by example on professionalismand sales standards.


• Set sales goals, budgets, andpromotional campaigns with the GM, Executives, and Brand Strategist.


• Track individual and team performanceagainst monthly targets.


• Support the sales team in drivingbusiness with new and existing customers.


• Stay current on brand training,product features, and industry/competitor trends.

CustomerService

• Resolve escalated customer complaintspromptly.


• Deliver excellent in-person and phoneservice (calls answered within 15 seconds).


• Uphold the brands customerexperience standards.

Operations

• Ensure accurate, timely documentationand adherence to sales processes and tools (e.g., 180).


• Manage daily inventory and coordinatevehicle supply/acquisition.


• Optimize workflows for efficiency andtime management.

WhatYoull Bring

• Strong interpersonal, communication,and conflict-resolution skills.


• Solid problem-solving abilities andattention to detail.


• Adaptable, proactive, andresults-oriented — able to work independently or as part of a team.


• Punctual, reliable, and available forevenings/weekends as scheduled.


• Proficient in basic computerapplications.


• Valid drivers license and OMVIClicense.






• Experience with ERA, Ignite,Dealermine and V-auto an asset.
