The Government of Nova Scotia is hiring Intensive Planning and Support Coordinators (IPSCs) to help people with disabilities transition to community life. You’ll develop person-centred plans, build trusted networks, and coordinate services across health, social supports, and community partners.

You’ll work in a compassionate, trauma-informed way, advocating for rights and choice, while navigating complex situations and ensuring services reflect individuals’ values and goals.
