CGL is currently filling a Facilities Specialist position, focusing on creating safe and efficient office environments. You will manage key facility projects, improve service delivery, and work closely with various teams to meet operational needs. Your bilingual skills in English and French will be vital in interacting with diverse clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee mobile service solutions for various locations
• Test and update business continuity plans regularly
• Maintain certification standards for WELL and LEED




• Collaborate with vendors for service performance
• Facilitate office relocations and employee resource adjustments
Requirements:
• Minimum 6-9 years in Facilities Management
• Relevant degree in Business or Facilities Management
• Facility Management Professional (FMP) certification
• Must be bilingual in English and French
