About the Opportunity

Body ’n Balance Physio & Wellness Clinic is seeking a Registered or Resident Physiotherapist to join our established Wasaga Beach team.

Since opening in 2005, we've grown from a single clinic into a multi-location practice serving Wasaga Beach, Collingwood, and Creemore. More than 20 years in the community has given us a strong local reputation, established physician relationships, and a robust referral network. For you, that means the opportunity to step into a strong, stable caseload without having to build a practice from scratch.

- Full Administrative Infrastructure: Focus 100% on clinical care while our experienced front-desk team manages patient scheduling, payments, third-party billing, and reception logistics.
- An Established Caseload: New physiotherapists can expect approximately 5–8 new assessments per week, with the opportunity to rapidly build and maintain a full caseload over time.
- Support for New Graduates & Residents: We welcome Resident Physiotherapists and offer dedicated clinical mentorship, guaranteed rostered supervision, and case-conferencing to ensure a smooth transition into independent practice.
- A Truly Multidisciplinary Team: You'll be part of a team-oriented team that includes Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, Athletic Therapists, Acupuncturists, and Personal Trainers across our clinics. Our practitioners collaborate, share knowledge, and cross-refer when appropriate.
- Diverse Clinical Exposure: Our patient population includes a broad range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, motor vehicle accident claims, concussion and vestibular rehabilitation, pelvic health, and exercise-based rehabilitation.

We've built a close-knit team that has remained remarkably stable as we've grown—many of our practitioners have been with us for 5, 7, and 10+ years. We hold regular staff meetings that include case discussions, clinical knowledge sharing, and new techniques.

What You'll Do

- Assess patients, establish physiotherapy diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based musculoskeletal care through hands-on treatment and active rehabilitation.
- Guide patients through exercise programs and educate them on their conditions and treatment strategies.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with your patients and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team.

What We Offer

- Compensation: Fee-split structure with an expected annual earning range of CA$80,000–$110,000 based on caseload (split percentage discussed transparently based on experience).
- Full Practice Support: Complete administrative, front-desk, and billing support so you never have to manage reception logistics.

Qualifications

- Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and in good standing.
- Open to both new graduates/residents and experienced physiotherapists.
- Comfortable working with a varied caseload and committed to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
