Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct psychiatric assessments and treatment planning • Provide supportive counseling to patients and families • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal care • Participate in quality improvement initiatives • Ensure a therapeutic patient experience during their stay

Requirements: • Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses • Minimum 2 years acute psychiatric nursing experience • Completion of Medication Administration certification • BLS certification and excellent assessment skills • Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care
